Last year’s Halloween, we witnessed a surge of Mrs Officer costumes due to the release of  lil Wayne & Bobby Valentino’s radio hit. This year i wont be surprised to see a ton of Michael Jackson costumes from the different era’s of his musical career.

I did stumble upon a couple costumes online that I thought were truely amazing and would be worth more than just winning a gift certificate to starbucks.

That was nuts wasnt it?! “Chii-kuhh-koo-kuuu”, how about this guy…

Although i thought Ron Jeremy does have strikingly similarities to Super Mario, its a bit disturbing to see him dressed up in a PG costume considering what he does for a living. Makes me wonder what Princess Toadstool is lookin’ like!

So the fundraiser was a huge success! Ultimate win for the Boogie Events Team and What The Forks?! for their joint efforts along with the many sponsors who donated their services for a great cause.

Basically, do all the shit u’d probably be doing on a Saturday night anyway – except do it knowing that you will not be the only one benefitting from it. All donations, all raffle proceeds, all food sales, and a portion of the individual vendors profit will go towards the flood victims of Typhoon Ketsana.

Join us this Saturday as we come together in the spirit of communion to bless the Philippines with all the light we have to spare. For some the motivation is personal at the family level, for others the intention is purely humanitarian. We’ve rounded up a clan of DJs and artists to anoint the crowd with heat and heart, so be prepared to do your sweaty dance! Local Hip Hop community and good music, moving for a cause, promises to be a beautiful thing.
